Targeted advertising setup built for results | akitalab

Ad setup built for results

Ads in Meta, Google, and TikTok built around a specific goal — leads, sales, or payback (ROAS), not just impressions. I run every account personally and report cost per lead and ROAS as plain numbers every week.

Process

What's included

  1. Choosing the channel for your goal and audience: Google catches people already searching to buy; Meta and TikTok create demand and find new buyers. At the start it's usually one channel, so the budget isn't spread thin.

  2. Strategy and account structure: I lay out campaigns, ad sets, and ads so the algorithm learns faster and finds buyers, instead of burning budget on a random audience.

  3. Setup built around a specific goal: leads, sales, or payback (ROAS). The algorithm optimizes for exactly what you set — so we pick the goal before launch.

  4. End-to-end analytics (GA4, pixel/CAPI, Make) — I build it myself, so I can see real leads and sales, not just part of them. Creatives (static and light animation) and reports are already part of management.

  5. Launch, getting through ad review, and weekly management through the algorithm's learning phase.

Outcome

What you get

Campaigns launched for your goal

Campaigns launched around your specific goal — leads, sales, or ROAS.

Channel matched to task and budget

A channel matched to the task and budget, without spreading money thin at the start.

An account structure built to scale

An account structure where working combinations can be scaled with budget without restarting learning — that is, you scale up what's already bringing in leads.

Control over cost per result

Control over cost per result: every week you see your cost per lead (CPL) and ROAS as plain numbers and know where each part of the budget went — I cut the weak combinations and scale the working ones.

Why

Why your business needs this

So your budget works toward your goal instead of a random audience — that makes each lead cheaper and the result predictable. For example: a campaign set to the "traffic" objective brings cheap clicks but no orders, because the algorithm optimizes for exactly what you set.

This means you pay for leads and sales, not for impressions. I run every account personally — no layer between the person making the decisions and the person running the ads; decisions are made on your own numbers for cost per lead and ROAS.

Timeline

How long it takes

The technical launch takes a few business days. Then comes Meta's ad review (usually up to 24 hours, sometimes longer) and the learning phase: to reach stable performance, the ads need about 50 conversions in 7 days. The first meaningful conclusions come in 1–2 weeks, not on day one.

Channels

Advertising by platform

I set up ads separately for each channel — each one closes its own business situation:

  • Google Search Ads — when there's already demand for your product or service: it catches people searching to buy right now (the hottest intent).
  • Instagram and Facebook ads — when you need to create demand and find new buyers who aren't searching for you yet; one Meta account for two audiences.
  • TikTok ads — when the product is best shown in motion: short video cheaply puts your offer in front of a broad audience of new buyers.
Budget

How much it costs

The ad budget you pay straight to the platform: Google — from 20,000 UAH/mo to start, Meta — from $1000/mo, TikTok — from $1000/mo (platform minimums: $20/day per ad group, $50/day per campaign). My work (setup and management) is priced separately — I name the exact figure after the strategy session.

Cost-per-result benchmarks by platform and niche (Ukrainian market):

PlatformNicheBenchmark
Google (Search)Services, beautylead 200–600 UAH
Google (Search)Real estate, B2Blead 800–4000 UAH
Google (Shopping)E-commerceROAS from ×4
Meta (IG/FB)Local services, beautylead 40–150 UAH
Meta (IG/FB)Online educationregistration 65–200 UAH
Meta (IG/FB)E-commerceROAS from ×3
TikTokImpulse services, beautylead 80–600 UAH
TikTokE-commerce, goodsROAS ×2–×4

This way you see up front how much to set aside for ads in your niche. We'll size the budget for your goal at the strategy session. For per-channel detail, see the Google, Meta and TikTok pages.

Example

Example

An online store had run campaigns on the "traffic" objective for months: the algorithm drove cheap clicks but optimized for visitors, not buyers — so there were few orders.

I switched the campaigns to the "sales" objective, connected the product catalog, and set up purchase events through the pixel/CAPI so the algorithm could see real orders and find similar buyers on its own. The same ads started bringing in orders at a predictable cost — without increasing the budget. This is the result of this project, not a guarantee for any business.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which platform should I choose — Meta, Google, or TikTok?

The one that matches your demand: Google for hot demand, Meta or TikTok to create demand. For example: people already search for appliance repair — we take Google; a new cosmetics brand nobody searches for — Meta or TikTok show it to a fresh audience. This keeps you from burning budget where your customer isn't: at the start we pick one channel for your goal and budget, then add more if it makes sense.

Why does the cost per lead jump around in the first days?

It's a normal algorithm learning phase, not a breakdown. For example: in the first days the cost per lead can be double what it later settles at, because the algorithm is still testing audiences and placements; until it collects about 50 conversions in 7 days the cost fluctuates and stabilizes only after learning. This keeps you from switching ads off too early and helps you budget for the ramp-up — over the first 1–2 weeks we read the trend, not a single day's number.

How much budget do I need to start, and how is it different from your fee?

The ad budget you pay straight to the platform: Google — from 20,000 UAH/mo (competitive niches 20,000–50,000+ UAH), Meta — from $1000/mo, TikTok — from $1000/mo. The floor is set by algorithm training, not by my price list: Google Smart Bidding needs roughly 30 conversions a month to evaluate a strategy, and Meta exits the learning phase at about 50 conversions a week. My work (setup and management) is priced separately — management runs $600–900/mo (B2B from $1000/mo); I'll name the exact figure after the strategy session. For example: a local service starts on Meta's minimum ad budget, an e-commerce store on Google Shopping starts higher. The key: the ad budget has to be enough for ~50 conversions a week, or the algorithm never finishes learning. This helps you fund the ramp-up properly — analytics, creatives and reports are already part of management, with no separate invoices.
