Targeted Advertising for Small & Medium Business | akitalab

Targeted advertising for small
and medium business

The AkitaLab Lead Generation Accelerator — a client-acquisition system: financial model, media plan, and daily control of every dollar. Not "just ads" and not an agency: campaigns learn from your sales, decisions are made on margin, and you work with me directly.

What results do we deliver? A few cases from practice

An interview with a real candidate at ~$54 in recruiting, B2B payback in week 3, ×4.8 ROAS in e-commerce. Real project numbers — details in the case studies below.

TikTok + Meta with a warm-up funnel. Audience segmentation and server-side events stabilized the algorithm's learning.

Tools

Which tool will actually work for your results?

Meta, Google, TikTok + the Accelerator CRM loop: every lead lands in the CRM with ad-level attribution, and "Qualified"/"Sale" statuses feed back into the algorithms — ads learn from your sales, not clicks.

Services

Targeted ads services: what does turnkey performance marketing include?

Google, Instagram/Facebook and TikTok advertising — inside the Accelerator: every channel runs on the Profit Map, with end-to-end analytics and margin-language reporting. Not setup for its own sake — a client-acquisition system with a steady flow of leads.

Advertising by platform

Google Search Ads

Catches people who are already searching to buy now — the hottest intent. Someone types a query, sees your ad, and leaves a request. Search.

Google Ads that pay off

Instagram & Facebook ads

Ads in the feed, Stories, and Reels for leads and sales. A lead form collects contacts right inside Instagram/Facebook — leads come in cheaper and faster.

Instagram and Facebook ads

TikTok ads

Cheap reach through short video — works well for a product you can show in motion. A younger audience sees the product in action and moves to buy.

Transparent reporting

Every week you see, in plain numbers, what drives profit and what doesn't: cost per lead (CPL), payback (ROAS), and a clear takeaway — where to point the budget next.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Three things: a financial plan before launch, money metrics, and ads that learn from sales. First the Profit Map — a P&L forecast and allowable cost per client — and only then campaigns; reports cover CPQL, CAC and margin, not clicks; "Qualified" and "Sale" statuses from the CRM feed back into Meta and Google algorithms. A media buyer sets up ads — the Accelerator builds a client-acquisition system where you see what a client costs and whether you profit. What the Accelerator includes →

In steps: the strategy session is free (30 minutes); the Profit Map is $150–250, fully credited to your first month of management; management is $600–900/mo, B2B projects from $1,000/mo. The ad budget is separate and paid to the platforms directly: a comfortable minimum is $1000/mo. The arithmetic is simple: to get an ad set out of the learning phase Meta needs about 50 conversions a week — at a $5 lead that is ~$250/week, which is almost exactly $1000 a month. You know the full cost of the system before the start. More about budgets →

Because it is not a checkbox audit but a financial model of your project: a 90-day P&L forecast, allowable cost per client and lead (CAC/CPQL), a Meta + Google media plan with weekly targets, and a promo calendar. That is 3–5 days of work with your numbers. The $150–250 fee is fully credited to management — for those who continue, the Map is effectively free, and the fee filters out non-serious requests.

I do not promise guaranteed sales — and I advise you not to trust anyone who does. I guarantee the system: an allowable cost per client calculated before launch, stop-rules that prevent budget burn, daily control of 35 metrics, and an honest Monday report in money language. If the session shows the economics do not add up, I will say so and will not take the project.

First leads — within days to a week after moderation; a stable cost per lead — in 2–4 weeks (the algorithm learning phase, ~50 conversions); noticeable scaling — in months 2–3. The Profit Map sets a 90-day plan with weekly targets — every week you see whether we are on plan instead of waiting for "someday". How long until results →

Three things: access (ad accounts, website, analytics), numbers for the Profit Map (prices, margin, average ticket), and 15–30 minutes a week for the report. If you have a CRM, I connect lead statuses; if not, I provide mine: leads with "Qualified"/"Sale" statuses and ad-level attribution. Without sales statuses, ads learn blind — that is the only real requirement of the system.
